We want you to love your backpack. If it’s not the perfect fit, we’ve got your back.

Returns

You have 31 days from the delivery date to return your item for a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your backpack must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at madi@boltaira.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

• Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
